"Absolutely horrible experience, I SPECIFICALLY SAID please make sure to only trim my eyebrows and don’t take off too much hair, that I ONLY WANTED A CLEAN. Nooooo she takes off so much of the hair it’s so thin! What’s even worse is that with the thread she cut my EYELID!!! It was bleeding till I got home and showered and now it’s swollen. Worst place ever. Don’t ever go to this place. I came here all the time and now I wouldn’t recommend a single person. This is my eye now. Went this morning at around 10:30am. My eye just is so swollen and just hate the experience….."

"I have been coming to Nari for many years. She has always been so professional and kind. Her work never changes! But Within the years, I’ve noticed staff change many times. Most recently, there was a threader named Soli…probably the worst experience I’ve had while visiting this shop, super aggressive and no manners. I’ve expressed all my concerns and complaints to Nari. She explained how it is very difficult finding good help. As she cannot do it all on her own (as a mom of 2 as well), she has to depend on people who only hurt her business while she’s not around. Since then, Nari has LET GO of Soli. So please everyone rest assure that you will only receive great customer service! Let’s keep supporting our local, woman owned, small businesses!"

"I hate to be this person but I’ve been coming to this place for over 4 years. The staff has lost their talent and seem to just hire anyone. A woman named Soli did my eyebrows. ( I knew because I asked for the receipt when I paid) She wasn’t friendly or said anything to me except to sit down. I even told her not too thin and she didn’t answer back which my eyebrows are now the thinnest they’ve ever been. During all of the time I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded it’s never felt this pain before. She was going extremely rough on my eyebrows I felt like my skin was being cut open. I honestly knew she had to have cut me but I was giving her the benefit of doubt. When she finished I notice little bumps but I just wanted to leave. As soon as I got in my car I checked and I had over 5 cuts on my eyebrows. I feel like this is extremely unacceptable and I never want to come here again. I feel like my money should definitely be returned because of how horrible the service and experience . But that still won’t even cover the damage on my skin. It wasn’t even busy enough for her to have rushed the job on my eyebrows. I always feel bad not tipping so even left her $2 after everything. Now that I am home I regret coming and the experience completely."
