"Absolutely horrible person The First Lady scream at me and my son for the hair cut we wanted a simple 0 on the bottom and 1 on top . She yelled at me several times to confirm 1 and 0 1 and 0 and I was confused and ask why are you screaming and she said get out I cannot do it ! Get out I started recording for my safety and I have her on film screaming at me and my 3 year old autistic boy. Don’t recommend this place and the other works did nothing to calm their co worker down they were like scared of her. Don’t go to these old ladies they hate their life."

"Lady on the phone was rude and short. Going into the Salon, it was clean and welcoming. The hair dresser who did my child's hair was calm and professional, and did an amazing job. 4/5 stars. If the phone customer service was better it would be 5/5."

"Full curl perm requested at $200 quote. And I can't find not one curl in my hair. I came in and asked if they had 11/16th perm curlers. She told me they didn't have the specific brand I showed but she assured me she had been doing it for over 35 years so that she could do what ever I asked. I sat 5 hours while listening to the other hairstylists talk terribly about our homeless community, LGBTQ community. (Not my stylist. I'll get her name again. It was Katy or Kathy somthin like that)I was then told to not wash for 3 days and style it with light weight products. I didn't have time till the 5th day due to my insane work schedule. Once I gave it a good wash I realized I couldn't really get one solid curl. I called and was told that I had 10 days after service to come in to see what they could I do. (5days left to get in) I made it in the last day again due to my crazy schedule just to have the owner wash my hair and tell me that I got what I asked for, that there wouldn't be a refund but that it must be redone by the original person. When asked what days I would be available I told the owner that my only for sure day off would be Friday. He said I have two weeks to try to figure out a day that would work other than Thursdays or Fridays. Because the lady takes those days off. So $275 ($75tip) later I am hoping I figure this out. . As for now I not really liking this experience."
