"Howie was THE WORST. Asked for a trim and face shaping. Got neither. Simply brushed my hair back, ran scissors across the back, told me my hair wasn't good enough to do shaping, while also telling me they could color my hair 'way' better. When talking I mentioned my age in answer to a question Howie asked, they responded "ok, do you want a cupcake for that?" I played nice because they had a pair of scissors to my head. I was genuinely afraid Howie would pull a 'whoops, they slipped' and mess up my hair more than they already did out of spite. First red flag should have been that their own hair looks like $hit. Stupid me. Paid $40 just to leave so I didn't have to deal with that anymore. No joke, I literally went home and cried because I wanted to keep my length, but now will have to cut it even shorter to fix what Howie did. Having a license doesn't make you a good driver."
