Normally the woman we do business with is amazing and knows exactly what we like, and is completely upfront about the business and what they charge. Her sister, on the other hand, doesn’t know the pricing and won’t tell you what the prices are until after. We were hit with an additional $14 charge for a service we’ve been getting for a while with the original lady. ALWAYS ask for pricing up front, and stick with who you know. Normally my eyebrows come out AMAZING.. today.. i don’t even wanna show off my face."

"The first time I went there the lady butchered my eyebrows, I was so embarrassed I didn’t want to say anything. So I figured I would give them a second try and they did it again! I even told her don’t touch my shape and she did. I’m a loyal customer, I don’t understand why she didn’t listen to me! So needless to say I’ve had two horrible experiences with this place and I do not recommend them, ever. Also they don’t take debit/credit card"
