Great Clips

"I have a weirder style than most people and I knew it would be a weird request for what i asked for but (I forgot the nice lady's name) she was very cautious on her moves and made sure i agreed with what I wanted done. The style of this hair cut is called a death Hawk and it's only my second time getting it but I think this time was done the best! Found it super cute and thank you so much for attempting it on me!"

"I went to “Great Clips” on Desert Inn and Pecos and walked out with a $3 haircut! Ricardo the esthetician was extremely rude, unapologetic and could care less. His reply to me about correcting my haircut was we only get 12 minutes from the moment you sit down!??? I was not happy so I asked to speak to the manager and lo and behold she was standing 2 feet away listening the entire time with no interest in taking care of a paying customer or reprimanding her employee. Kathy the “Manager” told me to wait until she was done cutting another customers hair to talk to me I waited ever so patiently as you can imagine for 10 minutes after my hair had been butchered! Then Kathy proceeds to cash another customer out after she’s finished. Then her assistant manager walks in and she tells me that the assistant will handle this??? WTH!!! I explained to Kathy that I’m no longer waiting this is ridiculous and she assures me that there will not be a wait and proceeds to the back room to get the assistant. Kathy then comes back and say give her a couple of minutes!!??? I lost it and just walked out! I’m never! Ever!!! Going back to “Great Clips” AGAIN!!!!! Update: I received a call from the owner and she was more than empathetic with my experience and willing to correct the issue. I want to thank her and I will visit her location again in the future."

"My grandmother and I have gone to this location for years and the service has always been friendly and professional. Everyone is amazing. However, our favourite stylist is definitely Cat. She keeps detailed notes from past visits and checks with you every step of your haircut. Whenever we get her, we never fail to get perfect service and perfect haircuts. If you can, ask for Cat. "Great Clips is the only hair place I know that stores your cutting and hair preferences no matter which location you visit in N. America. No need to try to explain your style, or length to the hair dresser, it's all on file. So that provides consistency regardless of the location you visit. I was visiting from Toronto and was able to get a great cut with my usual preferences in a Great Clips in Las Vegas! Awesome!!"

"Best haircut experience! Jen and Kathy were so friendly. Enjoyed talking with them while Jen cut my sons hair and Kathy cut my husbands hair. Kathy had many little fun complimentary items for children clients to choose from. My son said he used his long bangs as a sleeping mask, lol, and Kathy said “I have a sleeping mask for you!” She just added them to her gift selection. So cute! My son and husband both got wonderful haircuts. We highly recommend this location on Dessert Inn Rd. We are visiting from out of town, and will make sure to plan haircuts whenever we are back."
