"I went right before the end of the year and it was a great first time. Shay arrived on time, asked me about my history, allergies and sensitivities then proceeded to me through the sugaring process all without me feeling judged or insecure. Other than my OB/GYN and husband, having this experience with someone as wonderful and her being thorough was great. I didn’t immediately schedule despite the packages she said Hello Sugar had because I wasn’t too sure I’d want to do this procedure again. Unfortunately, when I finally decided to reschedule, I reached out to Hello Sugar and they informed me that Shay was no longer with them. As for me, I’ll search high and low to find her because it took me 20 years to work up enough courage to see someone for a wax. Waxing of this nature is a very intimate process and being that this was my first I’m too scared to have anyone attempt Shay’s shoes."
