"Went here today, around 2:20PM and the lady that was checking me was so rude and also just chewing on her gum smackingly, really rude and unprofessional. When I sat down, I told you her what I specifically wanted and usually they had a note for me. Then she was being super reactive and responding with confusion and extremely aggressive. She referred me to another hair stylist, but she made it uncomfortable to be inside and I left. She really made the vibe so much worse because of that situation. Note: She was dark skin and her name was apparently named Marsha… I really don’t know if that’s her name or not, but I’ve been coming here for a year and won’t be coming back ever again. I even tip them generously like $10-15. Also I wish I can give a 0 star"

"I had another "as expected" experience at a Great Clips location. That earns the shop a solid three stars. There were no disappointing events during this visit. I arrived just at opening and got right in. My profile was accessed and immediately the stylist knew how I wanted my hair cut. A strong three stars is as high as I can go however. To earn four stars, some aspect of the experience has to pleasantly surprise me. Earning the almost never awarded five star rating, requires a superlative performance from the business. After all, it's the terminal high score and indicates little to no room for improvement. Disappointing me results in a lost star, while an absolutely horrible experience will result a one star rating."
