"Got my eyebrows threaded here but she flew right through. It took her less than like 3 minutes. She completely rushed through and didn’t do the best job. There was still a lot of stragglers around my brows. When I was about to tell her, she rushed to the register so I could pay. I’m not the type to be rude and make someone feel less about their job, so I just let it be and figured I’d do the rest by myself at home. When I didn’t tip her, she rolled her eyes and walked away. I asked her nicely for a receipt and she basically grabbed it and threw it across the glass case and walked away. The rudest customer service I’ve ever received !"

"RACIST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN SIMPLE WORDS!!!!! Today when I went to rainbow location I booked appointment with Radikha at 1:30 first when I entered nobody welcomed or said Hi (THIS ATTITUDE IS NORMAL THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY WANT TO GREET!!!!!) Then without checking the signup sheet she called the other lady who was before me but she didn’t have any appointment pathetic !!!!! I have been their client since 11 or 12 years Many things were happening every time I want to share my review but thought of giving them benefit of doubt but these things are happening quite often without informing they cancel the appointment they surprise when going there they surprise me that your appointment is cancelled we have send you an email nobody checks emails frequently I have given them suggestion that they should have option for text on cell number anyways Rude people , Rude behavior IAm NOT GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN PATHETIC no stars"

"I wish I checked all the reviews before going because i asked for just a clean up not shaping! I left the shop with two different shaped eyes brows and they denied that they made a mistake."
