"I had a very unpleasant experience with a cashier named Ashley. I did not have my Ulta card, and had planned to use my ID to look up my account. As soon as I was called over to the register for check out Ashely did not acknowledge me. She then continued to physically slouch once I mentioned that I had planned to use my ID to look up my account, and did not hide her annoyance. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. Employees should have further training on this matter."

"Staff is awful. They don’t really help anyone who walks in because they’re too busy talking to each other. They dont carry much products either. You’d have better luck and better customer service at another Ulta."

"What a scam! They lead people into the store with holiday deals and sales, but hide the real rules!!! They know after customers stand in the long holiday line, they will end up paying the higher price to get finished. Shame on you Ulta. You know you are hiding the rules of this promotion and you do it anyway - all over the store! Your manager at this store is the worst OR is just going along with the directive from corporate and has been told not to cooperate. Either way, buyer beware! You are better off not getting hooked by their hidden tricks and gimmicks! They will not honor the 50% off because of all their hidden exceptions."

"Had a really great experience at this location last Thursday. Was going in to buy some serums, but had some questions as I’m newly upgrading to the serum phase of my skincare journey. Gina (I believe was her name) not only helped me find some really great products but took the time to educate me on some of the concerns I had and how our skin/skin cells work. I’ve been using the eye cream and serums she recommended and my skin is LOVING it. She was also so pleasant to converse with. Great service all around! I also spoke with Aisha and really appreciated both hers and Gina’s kindness and level of customer service. I hope to run into them at Ulta again!"

"I went to Ulta looking for a cosmetic I had been seeing on the internet. I was looking for someone to assist me when a very sweet sales representative approached me. Lana offered her assistance to me. I was informed Ulta does not carry the brand I was looking for but offered an alternative. Lana suggested PUR foundation and a color stick for blush of the same brand and applied the makeup for me to see. I have to admit, her choices were perfect. I want to thank Lana. She made my day. I actually had not worn makeup since Covid, and now I am wearing it again and feeling a little younger."
