"I had my appointment with Aillean I had mentioned I definitely wanted layers, face framing pieces but was debating on the butterfly haircut. Once I got there she offered me something to drink. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Once I sat down she quickly said that the butterfly haircut requires a lot of maintenance and asked if I was okay with that. I love that she was warning me beforehand! Overall, I enjoyed my time with Aillean and Cody both were very quick with it and the results were AMAZINGGGG"
"From the moment I walked into Komi, all of the employees made me feel right at home and were so kind. They make you coffee, give you snacks and are very accommodating during the process. Aillean was AMAZING and was so ready to help me achieve my dream hair and paid close attention to detail with everything and I mean everything! They ensure your comfort and satisfaction, I loved it! Personally, I had lost a lot of hair going through the stresses of nursing school and I really wanted that piece of myself back and then some once I finally graduated. Aillean and the Komi crew helped me get that back. When Aillean was done I couldn’t even tell where my natural hair ended and where the Extensions started, it was SEAMLESS and everyone I showed had noticed how natural it looked. I’ve had one move up appointment since and it’s still seamless and natural. When I went in for the move up appointment, their service was just as exceptional and I left just as satisfied. I’m so thankful for Aillean and everyone at Komi. Definitely recommend going to this salon & crew!!"
