"I got a Vitamin C facial with dermaplaning and LED light therapy with Fraulein. But with that, I got an amazing massage on my neck, shoulders, upper chest, arms and back. Just writing this review makes me feel all light and dreamy. I would definitely book with Fraulein every month if my finances would allow it. Upon entering the shop, I saw a rack of clothing (find them on IG @vanandyss) and some Christian-based merchandise (find her on IG @hisloveshinesbright). Fraulein is a big supporter of women-owned small businesses so it was no surprise to me that she’d help other business owners take off. She led me into her room and it was so spacious and beautifully decorated. She instructed me to remove my top so I could stay properly covered for the facial, and left the room so I could have my privacy. I did what she asked and then She knocked upon entering to make sure I was ready. Then I got under the covers and Fraulein wrapped my hair carefully so we could begin. She turned on her steam to help open up my pores and she got the facial started. I felt calm, relaxed, happy, at ease, and entirely comfortable. Fraulein held easy going and natural conversation with me, and also caught the rhythm of when I was feeling peaceful so she knew when to let the room fall quiet. She didn’t bring up topics just to fill the silent space and it didn’t feel awkward to be in her presence. Getting a service from Fraulein is like being in the company of a long time friend. After thoroughly applying cleansers, lotions and creams to my face, neck and upper chest, she started the dermaplaning. I never had that done before and it was an easy experience. It was just light scraping. Then came the extraction portion. Ughh. Kill me lol. She used a little kind of like a vacuum sucker and my gosh it hurt but I know it was a necessary and beneficial service. I’m sure the pain level decreases the more you get this done. I’m just being a baby about it. Fraulein then had me stay under a LED light therapy hood. I forget which color she chose for me but she explained that the colors are specialized to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, dryness, acne, and bacteria. And to further put me in a dream state she gave me the most amazing and unexpected but totally appreciated massage. She rubbed and kneaded my neck, upper chest, shoulders, arms, and hands with careful attention to each single finger. How could I even get off the bed after this royal treatment? I felt like I needed to stay down for another hour or so lol. But it was time to go. She set me up with a little goodie bag of beauty products. She gave me face and lip masks and sample sizes of the products she used. Fraulein has such focus, thoroughness and attention to detail. After this care and consideration I can never go to any other facial provider ever again. She is quite a far drive out for me but I will gladly make the trek to see her as no other esthetician can meet the high standards she set for me. Thank you, Fraulein, for making me feel like a brand new person."
