"The staff is very engaging, welcoming and professional. No hard sell; they simply show you the membership offer and that's it, simple. I have been a member for a few months and making an appointment through the app isn't the easiest because it's the corporate app and they haven't quite resolved updated booking within the local markets. Therefore, it is best to call directly or just peruse the weekly availability on their email solicitations. I used to think these emails were annoying in terms of the volume and frequency of solicitations but then again it offers me the most up to date availability of each service provider. Hence, I tolerate it."

"I have been coming to hand and stone for about 2 years, and been a part of their membership program for almost a year. During that time, I have received massages and facials from multiple staff members. Each time I come, I have felt that the staff here make an effort to personalize my experience and to try to get to know me. During massages, my concerns/areas of soreness have been given special treatment, and I have left each time relaxed and renewed. During the facials, the staff has shared their knowledge about skincare with me while leaving me feeling confident about my skin and looking more youthful and fresh. I can’t remember each staff me members name who has gone above and beyond, but some that have stuck out to me are Michael and Jeremy, although every staff member has been great!
