"My experience at Apex was amazing. First thing that stood out was the larger than life personalities of all the staff. The entire staff was constantly laughing and smiling and truly looked like they enjoy their jobs. They play music throughout your appointment and you can request a genre that calms your nerves. Their music choice however was definitely playing my jams. I came in for a root canal, my first one, and admittedly I was slightly nervous. I checked out the Yelp reviews and my nerves were instantly calmed. My appointment was for 10:45am, after a simple x ray I was already being numbed by the doctor by 11:05. He used a topical gel to numb prior to the shots, and I did not feel a single thing once it was time for the numbing shots! Zero pain at all! He explains everything in depth and even added some padding behind the nose piece of the glasses once he realized the glasses were touching my lashes. He used Vaseline on your lips so they don’t dry out before the procedure which is honestly a game changer for me! He was so thorough and so thoughtful and gentle. His personality, along with the assistants all made what should have been a dreadful experience so much more tolerable! The procedure itself took 8 minutes and there was absolutely ZERO pain! Thank you so much to Dr. Tai and his staff! I plan on returning for any Endodontics needs that may pop up in the future! 10/10 recommend!"

"If you need a root canal then this is the place! I needed a root canal for a while and suffered bone loss along the way. I had a very rough experience. Dr Tai was very impressive and he told me he would try his best to save my tooth. And that he did! He numbed me very well and the procedure went amazing and I felt nothing during it and nothing after. It was like nothing happened. I was very impressed, but even more impressed when I went to the dentist to get my crown. My dentist highly complemented his work, and I mean she complemented him like 3 times my whole crown procedure. She was very impressed. I'm very happy with everything and I'm very glad I came here.
