"The dentist and the lady who the X-ray seemed good but didn't see for very long. I have a broken tooth that needs pulled but they pushed out for a few days the office staff was very very rude and inconsiderate when I tried to Schwab new appointment the office staff pushed my remodel out a full week when I started the dentist said Tuesday the ladies said we don't care because he doesn't know our schedule then they argued with me on if I had insurance so it's because of the extremely rude office staff and there don't care attitude. I won't be back to this office I will not be recommending this office to anybody"

"Very unorganized office, they canceled my cleaning appointment that I had scheduled 6 months prior. The office left a very rude voice mail on my LANDLINE, saying that they would cancel my appointment if I didn't reply by two o'clock that day. Try texting or calling your customer's cell phone in the future. Better yet, try calling 2 days before the appointment so people have a chance to respond. It's not my fault you upgraded your system and didn't get the info entered correctly."

"My mom came here with a severe dental infection. They were very nonchalant about her condition, even as her face and jaw were severely swollen. The dentist did not seem attentive and they didn’t even want to prescribe my mom antibiotics. She was the one that had to insist on the antibiotics because her cheek and jaw were hurting very badly, and the swelling got worse. My sister had to rush my mom to the ER as the antibiotics they prescribed her here did nothing. I do not recommend this place. There are better places in Reno where staff speaks Spanish. Si buscas un lugar donde hablan español sería mejor ir a Atencio Dentistry o a All Smiles Family Dentistry. Aquí no vengas. No te van a dar la atención que necesitas."

"The guy is in a rush.. they did a crown on a tooth that my lower denture clasps around and it did not fit. He then said he'll adjust my partial, and he cut off part of the claspa ground down the denture teeth.. he ruined my denture and left it all sharp and jagged. I had to take a Dremel and file down razor sharp metal... ruined my denture!.. as for the fake responses from this place on the reviews stating that you should call us at this number. Why don't you call me since you have my number and reimburse me, cuz I will never come back"

"All I can say is that I regret coming here. The first time I went I had this older gentlemen dentist, he did amazing work. My next visits were with Dr. Goodman and maybe she is good with other people but not in my case. She was rushed, stressed, and unfocused, I heard her staff say that she had problems at home and maybe it was that or maybe it was something entirely different. All i know is that coming here set me back thousands out of pocket even after my insurance. In conclusion the whole staff was very kind and professional, i would give them five stars and as I stated before Dr. Goodman is probably an amazing dentist but just not with me."
