"2022. I have been a customer for several years. I have many appointments to do dental works. Every time I have to wait one to two hours for services. Today, I finally understand the reasons. The front desk, today managed by Lily, was cutting people without appointment in front of me while I waited. UPDATE: 2-12-2024 I am changing the one star to 5 stars. Since my last review, the front desk now managed by Charm has make big improvement on scheduling and waiting time. She is people oriented and friendly. The reason I am still with this dentist, Dr. Santos, is that he is doing good works on my teeth and implants. He is always smiling and nice to patients."

"This is the best place for a treatment. I am a client overe 10 years they always take Care on the services provided. It is true that sometimes you have to wait a little bit more than the usual. In my opinion I prefer wait more time then go on a dentist that do everything fast just o take your money and don't do a great job."
