"They give you an appointment time and leave you waiting on the couch for 30 or 40 minutes. Their attention is terrible, they always want to force you to make appointments even though they can solve the problem there at that moment. Very bad attention."

"I like the Doctor, she has a good hand for injections, and compassionate. But the problems started when I was rescheduled 3 times for a filling. There always seems to be a problem, now is the internet service. The lady that called me was unprofessional, rude, talking over me, she said they have not worked all week due to not having internet service, and not been able to verification of insurance. They have already verified my insurance, and have the print out in my file, have told me my copayment. Still refusing to take care of what they have already started. It’s best to go to a more responsible and updated Provider. 08/29: Today I called to request my x-rays and the office manager/receptionist denied to send them to me. This dentist is a scam, especially if you have insurance. The insurance will pay for services once a year, and if you have to go another dentist you will have to pay out of pocket!! Beware with these scammers."

"After awhile of being a patient here for more then 5 years the office manager got soo bitter towards me during Covid specifically because I needed an emergency appointment for a very severe tooth pain which she made sure to make a month out from when I called and also neglected to share, the dentist specifically does not do root canals so wasted my time in pain waiting just for them (I sat in the dentist chair for like two minutes) to send me to a different dentist who charged me almost 3,000.$ for it and then when I needed to do the appointment, she rejected every single attempt because somehow she didn’t receive an email from the dentist that she/they recommended/sent me to. Now, anytime you call the receptionists sounds like they have an attitude/rude. Yes all my customer complaint comments are very necessary because I only stayed with them that long for the dentist because she knows what she’s doing. The office manager is running your business into the ground. Wouldn’t recommend going here till she’s gone."

"Absolutely so happy I was referred to them by another dental office. Had a Root canal done and Dr Nguyen walked me through the entire thing step by step while he was doing the procedure. The front office staff are absolutely amazing and sweet! Will definitely keep coming back!"

"The dentures I.got at Rancho Dental were hideous. They hurt very badly, I could not eat with them because they fell out even when I talked! The teeth were really tiny and the gums were huge! When I smiled all people could see was gums. My face was distorted because the dentures were too big. They did not fix them when I went back, instead they added more gums to try to get them to fit. They dentures got heavier! They told me.there was nothing they could do to.help me. They told me to use glue to hold my dentures on. My new dentist could not believe how awful Rancho Dental dentures were. They were ugly and they made me look ugly. Dont go.to.Rancho Dental!"
