"I was a patient of Dr. Pappas for about 10 years off and on. My overall experience with him is favorable. However, only about 10% of the time you spend in office is with the doctor, the other 90% is with the staff and your hygienist. I am concerned over the administrative staff and their competence. Ever since my dental hygienist retired, it has not been the same experience in that regard as well. I have seen Dr. Pappas for a number of years and just felt that since my experience with administrative staff has significantly declined over the years it is time to look for a dentist that has staff that provide the same type of service I expect from the doctor themselves."

And Dr. Pappas has assembled an equally impressive supporting staff, from the front desk to the dental assistants, and certainly the hygienists. (Shannon is stellar.) If possible, I would give a rating of 230 stars, but the limit appears to be 5, so ... 5 stars!"
