"I went through the car wash today Sunday 05/30/2021 with my brand new vehicle with 600 miles on it and a chunk of my alloy wheel was scored. My vehicle is garage kept and hasn’t really been driven I went just to get the dust off. I guess I will have to call the number on my receipt but my goodness. I called the number on my receipt and was hung up on twice. So I will file with the BBB. Horrible place. I will pursue a case with them. It shouldn’t have been that big of a deal and we could have worked it out. Horrible car wash and horrible customer service."
