"My wife and daughter had visited this establishment 3 times prior to this visit and was pleased but after this most recent visit, her opinion of the establishment and ownership changed. She visited the establishment around 3 or 4pm. Not many nail technicians were available. The person that assisted her was an older male who was being rude. This is how she feels: "He was un inviting as he didn't instruct me at all in words just taps/slaps on my feet. He cut my nails where they bled, to the stub. He was rough and seemed as though he hated his job. The paint job was embarrassing and the overall pedicure (treatment to feet ) was a 1 of 5 . Didn't verify or care if the services were done well as he wanted to leave. When I communicated this to owner she made me feel as though it was my fault that I picked him (only available tech on shift at time) and said she can't control her employees. When I asked her if she cared how her employees were performing, she said that I should've waited for someone else. This was a complete waste of money and total disregard for customer satisfaction." The pictures we've added show the clumsiness of the job performed and the paint used had clumps in it making it very rough and uneven. The owner did not even attempt to redeem the bad work. Definitely will not be returning!"

"UPDATE!!!: It's worth a very heavy heat that I have to retract my 5 star review. I really did love this place. The prices were great the staff for great. However just the last few times has been horrible.this last time was the straw that broke the camel's back. My nail polish started bubbling and peeled off so I asked them to fix it. Well it went through the shuffle of waiting for over 30 45 minutes. And honestly I just wanted to change the color I didn't feel like I should have to pay anything to change the color. I was wrong they want me to pay an extra $20 to change the color. Then it became this huge hassle trying to find the exact shade. And I was just like you know what I'm done and walked out. So just feels like every time there's always something. The last time the price was a little bit off as well. I always have to hold his hand when I want something done and explain it in great detail. Even this time I explained to him there was three Nails what was messed up. All he did was file it and was going to paint over the messed up part. You can't just cover up a messed up nail and call it good. not to mention they do not take appointments so you end up being stuck waiting every single time you go. First and foremost Jim is amazing ! The first time I went is was just alright. This place is fantastic for fill because of the second time I went. Jim just seemed to know exactly what I needed. The prices were not that bad even cheap. There was bit of wait because they don't typically do appt I think but it's well worth it. Over all it's your average nail salon in appearance. I've only sat with 2 nail techs and one was ok and the other amazing. But I'm definitely going back to see Jim for my fill. Think I finally found my spot !!!"
