"I liked my hair stylist and made another appointment. However I wanted Colleen to correct something and when I called and mentioned I wanted her to correct something the person said she had no time. She did not ask Colleen if she had a few minutes to look at what I wanted. $70.00 for a haircut and then unable to get something corrected with no let me see when she could see you. Pretty disappointing."

"I enjoy the ambiance of Gianna Christine Salon & Spa. It begins with the friendly receptionists, moves to being offered their special tea or infused water, and ends with the stylist servicing your appointment. I have had my eyebrows tinted and waxed and my hair cut and roots colored. My first visit was the best! The stylist was NOT rushed, took time to color my roots. After the color set, she massaged my scalp, followed with a warmed towel placed on my brow, and allowed me a few minutes to unwind and relax in the darkened and quiet shampoo room. Another stylist has put the essential oil, lavender, near my face, which relaxed me even more. Since my first visit, if a stylist’s appointments are late, I have been rushed on the scalp massage and in my last visit, no heated towel was placed on the brow, nor time allowed to rest in the shampoo room. The stylists’ work I have seen have been excellent, but the relaxed service, when given, really sets the salon apart and is the main reason I first started going to the salon."
