Fun Kutz kids hair salon

"I’ve been coming to this place with my two children since it opened, and unfortunately will no longer be returning. I booked an appointment at 5:30 PM and showed up on time, if not early, and my appointment was given away to another customer. It was going to be another 20-30 minutes before my child to be seen, and I didn’t want to wait as I made the appointment time for a reason. We left, and put an appointment for the next day, but did not show up to the appointment. Booked an appointment today, showed up again on time and told there is an $18 dollar No-show fee I will need to pay, and if I’m OK with that. No, I’m not OK with that. I’ve never had a “no-show”before, and do I get to charge a fee for having to leave my appointment because of their bad scheduling. Also, there was no grace. This was done with, only rudeness and bluntness. I’m always on time to my appointments, kind, and always tip at least 60%. So unfortunate, as I did like this place, but with all the other options around, I’d rather give my business somewhere else."

"Great with kids, and they are pretty fast. I recommend booking an appointment ahead of time since they are always booked. They offer cars and airplane for kiddos to be comfortable, and they offer lollipops for kids who are scared. I enjoy going to this place, and my kid is always excited to go in here for the experience."
