"Awful service. I got a lash fill at this location since it was close to where I live. I absolutely regret coming here because the day I got my fill, 70% of the lashes already fell out. I reached out to the business and told them my issue, and they pretty much told me that they will not accommodate/fix the mistake that they had made because I signed a waiver. When you choose this location, you basically take a risk because the lash technicians are still in training. Not worth the money I paid and the time I've wasted at this place. The least that I was hoping they could do was to come back into the salon to get it redone since my lashes fell out the same day and I told them within 24 hours. Horrible experience and customer service. They will not be getting any business from me again!"
