"Unprofessional!!! As i went for my appointment last Friday Sept.15, the clinic was closed. Waited for an hour hoping they are still on lunch break but nobody. I called twice prior to my appointment to verify my insurance and schedule for i am a new patient and it was confirmed by the front desk person named Tracy. Now, how could you schedule a patient that day and clinic was close. I didn’t get a call from them to cancel or even to re schedule. I leave a voicemail and until this very hour, i havent heard from them. This experience sucks and unacceptable, very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!"

"I’ve never met a Dentist like Dr. Martinez. I ‘Ve had some horror stories. I had a major issue with my crown going back to November. I was led to this office. From the intake call to the appointment was excellent service. I actually felt like they cared and I was valuable as a patient. The front desk helped to sort out my insurance and fees. Dr. Martinez has such an amazing warm presence. The hygienist are funny and pleasant. Thank you for being an Angel, Dr. Martinez."

"I've been seeing Dr. Sanchez for maybe 10 years now; bi-annually for check ups and cleanings or when tooth work is required. It is commendable that she actually cares about her patients. She is a good old fashioned type of family dentist that you can feel comfortable about taking your children or elderly to. She and her team are very careful, skilled and experienced. Above all however, she cares about doing her best for you. And that is a trait which I don't see very often these days."
