"The staff was awesome! I got to the store at the perfect time, they got me right in and it took a little more than hour. I had a loose bolt on the oil pan and the mechanic showed me and tightened it up for me, after giving his recommendation to change the gasket. I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot."

They are very very professional and extremely honest about what does need to be done to your car and what should be done in the future. I recently went in for an oil change and a full inspection. They suggested I get the rear drums of my car cleaned but not replaced as they didn’t feel it was necessary to replace them quite yet. I feel confident going to Brake Masters because I don’t feel like they are trying to get more work out of me than necessary. "I recently went in to the location of Brake Masters on Marks St by Lowe’s and I had a great experience. Both Patrick and Jose were incredibly helpful and kind. I went it for brakes and an oil change but unfortunately ended leaving with much more work that my car needed. I was worried because it came out to be a lot of money. But Jose assured me that I had options. He explained them to me and helped me through the process of getting what I needed to make sure my car was safe. All in all I felt comfortable because they explained it all and patiently answered all my questions. They assured me all would turn out fine.
