"i went to the pretty kitty to be serviced by abby (or abbie sorry girl if spelling is incorrect lol) and she was super sweet and used great customer service while waxing me, checking if i was okay during the painful waxes, also did detailed step by steps on aftercare, and what products to use, what to do/not to do, instead of it being barely broken down or sped up on aftercare. the inside of the building is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. will definitely be coming back thank you :)"

"I love this place, but the fact that I was three minutes late and instead of giving me time or a call, they took on the next client. I know it is my responsibility to be there on time but having absolutely no grace period the way other places do or giving a call is unprofessional to me and set my entire day back when I truly rushed to get here and always tip extremely high! Bummed out."

"I went to my first appointment after being recommended by a friend (who mentioned this place but I forgot until recently). I was surprised how quickly Kat worked. I would say you could definitely feel she was hustling but she did pretty good work considering the short window that they book appointments. I had zero issues with this wax unlike the many appointments at EWC. If you are looking for a different alternative try this! Great for sensitive skin. No ingrown hairs. No irritation. Only good things to say! I also really appreciate that they aren't pushing or sales people with lots of products. My one critique would be to ask to book a next appointment before I leave, or an option to book online."

"This was my first time going and the place looked amazing and clean. I've never been to a location that specialized in only waxes so avoiding a nail salon was perfect! Check in was quick and easy, just had to fill out new client paperwork and they saw me right away. My waxer was Meribelle and she was polite and personable. She explained and demonstrated the different types of waxes there were and was informative on what she knew. We engaged in great conversation and she was quick. Definitely going back!"
