"Hair and makeup done on Saturday 2/17. Makeup was wonderful, hair not so wonderful. By the time I got to the room to get dressed for my daughter's wedding, all of the bobbypins had come lose and fallen out of place. I called down and explained that I was just there and needed someone to fix it.. was placed on hold for a long time so I hung up. Clearly it wasnt important to them. I paid alot of money for nothing. Thankfully, the professional that my daughter hired was still in the room and graciously offered to fix it. She mentioned the pins were wrong for the style and hold. She had to pull everything out and start over... I will never go there again or refer anyone for that type of service."

"I have mixed reviews. Mostly good but with one bad experience. I'm giving 5 stars for the positive because my stylist shouldn't be dinged for the negative experience with someone else. Lets start with the positive- I adore my colorist at this location, she is amazing. If you ever need your hair done definitely see Megan Annette! She is personable, reasonably priced, and makes sure that anything I want done to my hair meets my expectations without Frying it. She sets reasonable ideas of what is possible up front so there are no surprises. If she is unavailable ask for Hailey. She is so nice and definitely a breath of fresh air and carried years of experience in the industry. Both have been phenomenal and I get the best service every time I come here. Now for the negative- Whatever you do, don't go to Michelle. I have never seen someone be so unprofessional in their work. She was openly and in front of clients making negative comments about other stylists and their body image. That definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. People come here to feel great, and her negative energy ruins the vibe. I hope Management handles her because she made every person in the room feel very uncomfortable with her unneeded comments and overall rudeness. It's sad to me that she is allowed to work with the public when she doesn't know how to act in public."

"Been coming here for a year now to see Kathy L. I wanted to be blonde last fall and she made it happen. Recently decided to leave the blonde and go for half black, half brown and I LOVE the result! She always gives me exactly what I'm looking for and my hair has stayed healthy. The actual place is really nice too. Staff is personable and building is clean."
