"Sad experience. Spoke w/SIERRA regarding holding a product to purchase NEXT DAY. Person w/waist-length hair eventually admitted SHE had sold it because it was just “lying around” & Sierra hadn’t said anything to her. Find all of that hard to believe since nothing was out of place while I was there- AND she immediately put back everything I looked at. Sierra seemed very competent and nice. Anyhoo… PLEASE DON’T complain about Black patronage or small business plight when even the simple promises are not assured or kept!"

"I visited this establishment on 12/29/2021. First and foremost this was the absolute best beauty supply experience I have ever had in life... The fact that it is black owned is just the cherry on top. Jenny Hayes assisted me and she was phenomenal. She asked questions and genuinely took an interest in what I needed. I have tried both products. The only thing that did not work for me was the edge tamer. A good product still, just didn't work for my hair type. I will most definitely be returning.
