"If I could give this dental office no stars I would. Their rude, unprofessional, liers, deceitful and will hang up in your ear if they don't like the way you deliver your message. My son had a service done here in May and still to this day it hasn't been finished because this office doesn't know how to handle duel coverage. I asked for a pre authorization in May and still haven't received it. This isn't the old Henderson dental group because the stuff would never treat their customers this nasty. I'll be finding an attorney for negligence."

"They ruined my smile. I wore braces for 9 years. I got a pretty severe tooth infection after getting them off and needed a crown. I have small teeth, and they spent a very long time printing out a crown that actually fit in my mouth. It was for a front tooth. My dentist got very impatient and he stuck it on without making sure it was perfect. It was jutting out. I was told my retainer from my orthodontist would correct it, but my top retainer was no longer wearable due to the poor job. I had a warranty on the crown and visited again to get it fixed, where a female dentist there simply shaved down the front of it instead of actually redoing it and correcting the alignment. So it was now jutted out and strangely textured. I wanted to cry so badly. I was finally confident after getting my braces off after almost a decade, and they ruined it. I cover my mouth when I smile because the crown juts out so badly. It's been a few years since I visited and it's destroyed my confidence to smile. They did such a bad job and didn't even properly correct it when I asked them to fix it."
