"Overall my experience was good! The assistant and hygienist went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter. They were very personable and professional. However, the dentist did not properly introduce himself nor ask for our names (my 3-year-old daughter and self). As I was processing the day, this occurred to me. There could be improved bedside etiquette - he was in and out without as much as an introduction or communication about his evaluation of my daughter’s teeth. I had to ask the hygienist the outcome of his evaluation. And we were new to this practice. I honestly don’t even know who we saw. As a healthcare provider myself, I believe in the importance of building rapport with customers/clients/patients, and therefore docked two stars for this very important missing component in working with others."

"Such a caring dentist! I had an infection in a molar and had extreme pain. The staff got me in that day. The doctor was quick to diagnose and prescribe me the appropriate medication. I need a root canal but am so grateful for this office! The best dentist I’ve ever had! My whole family goes here!! Thank you ZCDC!!!"
