"There are too many employees and so much turn over that I can’t get to see the same person twice. I love the app and the early check in process. The only other thing is that I don’t get coupons online or via mail and I have registered my name in several places. Overall I will continue to go there for location convenience and I’ll see if I can get to know them a little more to have one hair lady that I can come back to every time. But I’m not happy that in all these years of going there I was able to take advantage of maybe one or two coupons only."

"I came in with a picture of what I wanted although the back was not shown. Before the lady started to cut the back she should have asked me what I would like. Instead she just started using an electric shears cutting my hair very short. Then the picture showed layered in the front with short, textured bangs. I got nothing like I wanted. My hair is shorter than it ever has been. It was not a good look for Christmas! Very, very disappointing! This was my second bad cut in 3 months. I may not go back, that’s how disappointing my haircut was!"
