"Never again ! My wife, daughter and I went here Saturday evening and although I greatly appreciate the service I dislike the work! First the lady that did my mani/pedi she did okay yet she Nipped the shhh out of my ring finger on right hand. I was bleeding! Second I took the lady who did my wife’s overlay, which turned out be regular tip with Acrylic- thick a** Acrylic two n some hours! My kid and I got both mani/pedi n the lady was still doing a overlay tht wasn’t a overlay, my wife even got up came showed me I told her No , the lady “ I’ll fix n say her back down just to file nails down still thick. My daughter’s nail tech whole - no offense was a Hawaiian did Amazing ! Thank you ! But for everyone else start over. 260 plus tip just for my wife to take them off! Smh"

"Worst experience that I have had. Came in to get French tip pedi and dip manicure. My nails are not cut evenly, fingers and legs were burning from the hot towel and having to soak my fingers in hot water, there are dips and holes in my dipped nails, the shades of my manicure are different, left the shop with my fingers stained from getting them using dip powder. Would not recommend and would not step foot in there again"

"I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but I got my nails done here twice and I got FUNGUS on my fingernails! I love the customer service, but definitely will not be coming back! I can’t risk it! Please take your time disinfecting your tools, and take your time doing the nails correctly!"

"I did my nails at this salon. It was great as you can see in one of the pictures. The lady who did this was nice too but they charged me $70 ($65 with rhinestone extra $5) and one of my work customer recommended a nail artist who included rhinestones in each nails and charged only $60. Not a huge difference but it is for people who work a minimum wage like me. The lady said to come back after 4 weeks but I didn't want to pay extra $15 while I tried doing it at home using acetone. It was somewhere in middle of fourth week my nails chipped off from the edge and i believe as i was working one of them pulled my original nails out. Also I couldn't remove it with acetone. Maybe I should have went to salon and removed the acrylics but as I said acetone should have done the trick. Also it was my first acrylic."

"Annoyed! After 5 days my nails are literally falling off! $152..Gel refill and 2 pedicures. Went back and she 1st tried to just use glue then offered to fix 2...if I waited 30 mins. It's extremely annoying..I've been going here the last 2 months and it's been problems after problems. I understand somethings are out or control as a business but customer service is the one thing you can always control. Unfortunately..I can no longer support this business...although I really tried. :("
