"My teens went here to get their nails done for hoco. They rarely get their nails done and didn’t know options. They were asked what they wanted so they said “a full set” not really knowing. They were told to pick colors. They weren’t given any sort of menu for options or pricing. They weren’t given pricing until it was time to pay. They both chose a short nail extension with almond shape. One a solid color they other a French tip with chrome. One was given acrylic and one was offered gel-x stating it would be faster bc the tech didn’t have time for acrylic. The price difference (not including the French tip and chrome up charge)- $70 vs $85. Really wish places would be clear and up front about options and pricing- especially when it comes to teens getting services. I told them to ask all the questions up front but they felt embarrassed and like they’d be judged so they were too shy to ask."

"This place is amazing! I have been coming here for over a year, and because of the ladies here, I have been able to grow out my natural nails, so much that they look like acrylics! What I really love about this place is that they take their time with their art, and it never disappoints. Every time I get my nails done here, I get so many compliments and people asking where I get my nails done. I am not sure why the ratings are so low, I really believe this is the best place in Vegas. Not only is this place extremely hygienic, the interior design is minimalistic and elegant, and the ladies working here are so sweet! They talk to you as if you were a long-time friend. I live quite far from this nail salon, and the fact that I am willing to take the long drive and move things around in my busy college schedule to get my nails done HERE should really say something about the type of place this is! I have tried going to other places and I always end up coming back!! Here's the progression of my nail growth with the Luminary Nail system this establishment offers"
