"I was very disappointed when I visited this Family Dollar Store in Lovelock, NV on 8/30/21, about 11 A.M. A sign on the door said Masks Are Required For Everyone, yet no one, including the clerk had a mask on. When I came in the lady in front of me was joking with the clerk that only scared people wear masks and that everyone will eventually get covid so why not embrace it and get it over with, etc. When I asked the clerk about why have the sign on the door if it's not enforced and both the clerk and the customer laughed, saying masks were only required for people who are scared. Needless to say, I won't be back to any of the Family Dollar Dtores with this attitude."
"Can't choose no stars or I would have. Store is forever a disaster. Filthy and overstock always overflowing into the rest of the store. U boats always in the aisle full of what should be on shelf. Clothes on the dirty floor, expired food items, frozen items just sitting on the floor outside of the freezer, and rude cashiers. This place need serious work."
"The cashier Chuck told my wife she couldn't try in clothes in the store (a hoodie) then deliberately left one of the security tags in her bag so he would have an excuse to stop her as if she were trying to steal. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional and unacceptable."
