"Used to love this salon. Will never go back. Been an regular for over a year and half. Went yesterday for a fill. And to book for Dec my birthday. They asked me for a deposit. Girl bye. I'm a regular spend good money there. Deposit is for new clients. Not your regulars. This is very unprofessional. And rude. Lost a faithful customer. Can't keep the good employees no way. I see why they leave. Nobody there anymore. Worst service ever."

"I just came to this shop, we ordered pedicures and they did a fairly good job what threw me off was that the lady that did my mothers pedicure did not massage her or add lotion at the end, while she was doing my mothers pedicure she was very very rude!!!! And then asked my mother “is that her boyfriend” while my boyfriend was with us. It sucks because we were so kind and to get this treatment was not ok being that I was going to make this my home salon, my boyfriend plays in the nfl so this was not the treatment we usually would suspect. NOT OKAY. Other than that one lady the staff were kind, they do charge $20 to take off nails that’s the only other thing I can think about."

"Came in for nails and lashes last minute before getting married and was very pleased with the service that I received I got a full set of lashes and very cute stilleto nails with matching toe polish. Pros were the fast friendly and professional services, they all clearly know what they are doing and seemed to enjoy doing it. Cons were that I received mood change polish and I'm guessing it was expired cause it doesn't change color like it's supposed to, but that's not really any ones fault, I will probably be getting my nails shortened soon too cause I'm not used to them being so long, I also had a fair amount of lashes fall out it's not super noticeable and I don't know if that's normal. I would really recommend this place and wish I could find a way to come here every 3 weeks for maintenance services but I live in Michigan."

"I saw Denise for a gel manicure and 1/2 way through I decided I needed a gel pedicure too, she was willing and able to do both. She was kind, compassionate, professional, accommodating, and overall wonderful! Amazing experience that I would repeat regularly! My girlfriend saw Maya who was equally wonderful, efficient, compassionate and accommodating! The vibe in the salon is great as well a being clean and spacious. Highly recommend! ❤️"

"I don’t usually leave reviews but have to for Lashes&Polished. The store is clean and beautiful with friendly and professional staffs. They offer different kinds of beverages, especially champagne for free!!! Angie was my lash tech and she was awesome. This was my first time getting my lash done so I was nervous about the whole process but the result is OMG. My lashes are so beautiful. I can’t even tell that I have lash extensions on my eyes. Definitely will come back!!"
