"I have been coming to this nail shop since 2019 and every time I have been coming or calling to make an appointment, the staff has always been friendly. However, I had an upsetting appointment with one of the employees. I made an appointment to have 2 nails fixed since they popped off. When I arrived, I was greeted by a young lady who was very nice and I let her know I had come for my appointment. She then had me go to Shih whom I have never been serviced by before. The employee didn't greet me, but motions me to come to her station. I then let her know I just needed 2 of my nails fixed. Shih then asked me who did my nails before and I told her. I then said, I came for a fill last time and I have had this set for a while which may have been the reason the nails came off. I was not upset at all because it's normal for nails to come off if they have been on for a while. The whole time we were exchanging words, she was very passive aggressive and her tone was not friendly which immediately made me feel uncomfortable as soon as I walked in the door. She then asks me if I remember the color and I asked her if I can take a look at the nail colors, so that I can find the number and she says ok. I tell her the color and then sit down & she says rudely that my nails are old, which is what I previously stated to her earlier. I also felt like she was also trying to push me to get a new set. I then replied that I was aware, but as of now I would like my 2 nails to be fixed. She then sits down and says something under her breath and says, "Bossy lady" and I said "I'm sorry?" Shih then replies, "Nothing". She was not talking to anyone it was just us at her station. I was very irritated and uncomfortable and disappointed at the service for only just getting 2 nails replaced. I recommend my friends to this shop due to the friendly customer service and everyone that I have gone to prior has done a very good job on my nails and pedicures. I still will be returning, but I hope I have a better experience on my next visit."

"Jan is amazing.... I show her a picture, then she tells me what she can do! She doesn't pull your leg... If she can, she does and if she can't... she says so! I like that! Further, she's professional, as long as you make an appointment, your in and out! I highly suggest making an appointment. They are super busy, you will wait or be denied service (Because of lack of availability) without one."
