"I booked a manicure at booth 19th with Ravin Williams (94th Avenue) I planned on seeing her again Until the next morning I received a text saying she has the right to refuse service and she didn’t like how I “pressed” her for my changed. The fact that she’s refused service for asking for my change was unbelievable. There are many techs that do nails in Las Vegas that I’d rather see than someone so desperate for a tip. I wouldn’t recommend her what so ever. 1 nail came off the next day, the designs look good but using Cheap product and unprofessional business is a no no. The office is very unorganized and clustered also. Never will I go back to see this rude girl."

"I have to have my nails done professionally for work and So Ive Been trying to get a hold of somebody from this salon for over a week. I buy my groupon today"granted I should have waited until I booked my appointment" but I had ZERO way of doing so when everytime I called nobody could be bothered to answer the phone. I went in today to either get my nails done or book. But the nail tech didn't seem to care or want to help. Not great customer service towards a paying customer..maybe just a bad day I went on but she could been more friendly about it."
