"This location is so cute, such a nice neighborhood and building and the staff is so awesome, friendly and helpful. I’ve been to other locations without a great experience but this one is outstanding. I had Kelly give me a curly cut and she was fantastic. Really knows what she’s doing, and is passionate about it and I absolutely love the cut she did. Will be back for sure."

"Extremely disappointed, the first time I went it was amazing they walked me through everything told me the price, my stylists and made sure I wasn’t lost in the dark, and at the end of the hair cut the stylists told me I could come back for a free complimentary bang trim and I left a happy costumer. But when I decided to call and make that appointment for the bang trim they didn’t tell me with who it would be with or how much it would cost or anything they only told me to be there at a certain time. When I walked in they attended to me almost immediately which was nice but the lady just snipped my bangs she didn’t ask how much I wanted to cut off width wise and went more than I wanted and she messed them up that It was no longer being able to blend into the rest of the bang face framing layers and this took less than 5 minutes. When I was finished I went to go check out with the ladies in the front and they charged me 27 dollars for a bang trim that I hated and that took less than 5 minutes of her time. Never again."

"I received a tight wave perm with trim service from Kellie, who is a Master Elite at the Norman Rockwell location. I had such a wonderful experience! Kellie is an amazing stylist and did such a great job. Not only is she really good at what she does she is also the sweetest soul and super personable. You don't really get the whole package with just anyone. I loved the outcome of my hair and I hope she continues to provide perm service because there aren't a lot of hair stylists who offer it. Kellie, if you're reading this. I appreciate you and I will see you in 6 months to get these curls tighter. ♥️"

"*****Updated review***** Today, I had a conversation with the manager, Maria, and I was pleasantly surprised by her exceptional kindness and understanding. She promptly issued a refund for the service I received and went a step further by informing me that my next service would be free of charge. This level of customer service is truly impressive, and I am grateful for their generosity. Without a doubt, I will gladly accept their offer and take advantage of the complimentary haircut. ******************************** I recently visited for a haircut and unfortunately, my experience was not up to par. I had made an appointment with a "master stylist" and was charged $75 for the service. However, the quality of the haircut was very disappointing. I asked for a V shape in the back, but the final result was extremely uneven when it was straightened. When I voiced my concerns, the stylist tried to blame me for not parting my hair correctly, but even when they did it themselves, it was still uneven. The stylist then attempted to fix it, but the end result was still unsatisfactory. I feel that if I had paid extra for a master stylist, the quality of the cut should have been much better. Overall, I felt that the service I received was not worth the price I paid, and I left feeling very unhappy with my haircut and am going to ask for a refund."
