"Started out good, but now we have been living with an incomplete major floor install. We had everything prepped, paid, and even left for a week so the installer could do his job. Our bathroom and foyer are phenomenal. However six rows in had install damage which as soon as we said something, we have been ghosted ever since. My husband have since found big gaps the the baseboards barely cover and the job is still incomplete. We have been very patient with this and now that they have most of the contract money, to ignore clients is not only rude but very unprofessional. We paid for a professional and a higher rate for quality work. Again bathroom and foyer are awesome. I just don't think its to much to ask for communication and a completed job when you contract to do the work. I am now having to chase transitions to complete the job and get new quotes to repair and finish our floors hopefully by 2025. Thanks"

"Had a floor installed by Carpet King interiors and was not satisfied. First they removed the floor boards and crapper to install the floor. then they put the floor in with lumps and said it was ok, it would flatten out in a day or two. Which turned out to be a fat lie. Then they ran out of time to install the floor boards and the crapper and would be back then next day to finish the job. They never came back and when I call to find out when they were coming back, they said they don't do carpentry work or plumbing and it was up to me to put it back. When I asked for a refund on the labor, they pointed out they do not charge for labor and could not issue a refund. Bottom line is find a place who does good work and guaranties it. It's not this place."
