"I have used Pahrump Super Cuts for some time. Always great service and attention. Today I had a 11:45 appointment for my standard hair cut. Arrived a few minutes early was told one person ahead of. I waited patiently. Soon all the chairs were empty and the two employees stood at the front counter talking then went back to a work station continued talking. They had cleaned their work stations and ordinarily at this point they are asking for the next customer. There was one customer who had come in after me with a 12:00 appointment who was waiting. No one addressed us mentioned anything just ignored us. By now it is after 12:30. If their was a reason they were not communicating with us I am not aware of it. If they had at least maybe informed us they were going to take a lunch break I would have been fine with that just talk to me. I have an extended amount of time as a manager in the trucking business and one of my golden rules was NEVER ignore a customer. Keep them in the loop. I took the entire situation to mean they did not want my business and so I will be more than happy not to return to this shop again or recommend it to friends and neighbors. There seems to be a great opportunity here for someone in management to do some customer service training to insure a great future for this shop. I will be moving on to another shop for my haircut needs."
