She asked me questions about each section of hair. She really knows what she is doing and puts you at ease. She is a Master at her craft and a super sweet lady. "My wife used to work with Denyce. Every time my wife came to work she felt like she was walking on rocks and that is not right at all. Every time my wife left from work Denyce would talk about her behind her back. My wife had the longest hair when she was working there Denyce did a color on her hair most to be black on top and purple underneath with long layers. Well that didn't happen because it came out in three days and did short layers on my wife hair. So my wife went to her normal hair dresser come to find out my wife hair was fried. Took my wife over a year and half to get her hair back to being healthy again."
"She left my hair uneven streaked and yellow. Was suppose to be deep grey with highlights. Had an appointment for Friday at 9am to make it right. No show. Finally 2 hours later she texted to reschedule for today at noon. I sent a text to confirm. Still no response. As a previous business owner I try hard to deal with local businesses. But this type of treatment is not acceptable. Hopefully she will fix my hair and keep my appointment. Update to follow"
"The worst experience I’ve ever had with getting my hair done! They left my hair yellow and copper! chuncks of my hair were yellow and fried. Very harsh lines where my hair was bleached in certain areas. None of my hair blended well together. Very unorganized, talked too much while doing my hair. Even after my hair was done and the lady knew it looked bad she tried to just let me leave like that. very side tracked! Will never go there again or recommend to anyone!"
