"Took my girlfriend there to get a pedicure and when I called they scheduled us in at 6:30pm when they actually close at 7:00pm so I was surprised. We arrived and was taken in with no hesitation. The nail tech was so friendly and kind and really took her time with my girlfriends pedicure. Was never rushing in order to close up shop. We were there for 1 and a half hours because of the attention to detail. I recommend this salon to everyone. Thank you 360 Nails & Spa. We will be back."

"The customer service was a fail. My nail tech was super rude laughing at the nail size I choose for my set and even showing her co worker my nails as they laughed together. She was rough and can be more nicer. After she would be done with one hand she basically would push the finished hand away to get to the next one and felt her being aggressive. My sister got a pedicure and the lady was also being aggressive and rough with her. My nails were good but I would come back tbh"

"Update: I've since been back to get a pedicure and boy was it this best one I've ever had! Tech was thorough and gentle. Im so happy that I've finally found a new home for my spa days. This is my first visit here and they were able to fit me in for a full acrylic set. Upon entering i was greeted by Tim who was amazingly quick at finding a matching gel color to my toes. My nail tech, Amy, was kind, attentive, and gentle. I will most definitely be coming back for my acrylic needs!"

"One of their main nail techs, accidentally cut my cuticle, and I had to come back the next day for him to fix my nail. He Apologized, but didn’t offer me a discount for the inconvenience. My time and my gas was wasted for a mistake that I did not make.☹️ All that was offered to me was a little $5 off coupon for next visit, which they give to every new customer. I chose this nail salon because of the great reviews, so I am very disappointed. All he did was tell me me, that he thinks i was bleeding bad, because I have diabetes (which I do not) smh. So, be careful with this establishment. :-("

"First time in this area. So so glad I found Kevin @ 360. Nothing bad to say. The place is beautiful and renovated with brand new everything. From the nail station countertops to the leather chairs to the brand new pedicure stations… This place has everything I needed for my birthday me-time. and if you’ve never had pink and white ombre, you’re missing out. 5 stars. Love love love ❤️"
