"I'm so disappointed. Spent $97 on a gel manicure and pedicure that ended up looking like my 6 year old painted the nails on my hand. The technician was very nice. However, after 2.5 hours at the nail salon, the end result should not be translucent black nail polish that looked two weeks old the day of polish. I'm super disappointed and hope that their technicians are better trained if they insist on charging downtown prices for novice work. I also recall manicures, including your hands being massaged. The massage was omitted all together. Needless to say, I will not be spending my hard earned money in this establishment. They have talented technicians, I just wasn't fortunate enough to get one today."
