"Went in at 2:00 appointment time was 2:15 didn’t get seated till after 3:00. It was me and my two daughters. My daughter really wanted to get her nails done for her 7th birthday. Your place was recommend to me by a friend. I had a note with my appointment when I booked it about me and my girls. Was hoping for a better experience. It wasn’t all bad, but some things were not good. The place is really nicely decorated and the complementary drinks are a nice touch. We had a difficult time communicating with the nail technicians due to language barriers. And we waited way too long when we had an Appointment! Then I sat there for another 30 min waiting for my nail tech while my girls had their pedicures. Their pedicures were done and my daughters ages 7 and 10 were moved to get their nails done (away from their mom) while I sat there still getting my pedicure. The tech doing my pedicure was so hard to communicate with and kept getting up when I was trying to tell him what I wanted. My girls got their nails done and I wasn’t there to tell them what to ask for so they got more than I was ok with. Then my girls were completely done getting their manicures and pedicures and I wasn’t even done with my pedicure. I should’ve just skipped out on getting my nails done. My kids had to wait more than an hour longer for me to get my nails done. Luckily my girls are well behaved. But this was very frustrating. And then my guy doing my nails cut me with the nail file! Yeah the Nail File! I was bleeding and he pours rubbing alcohol on my cut which stung like hell. My girls saw Mom bleeding and were worried. The tech was so hard to communicate with and did not understand what I was asking for even though I had a picture of what I wanted. I haven’t been to a nail salon in 10 years and was really looking forward to it. I even had that in the notes when I booked the appointment. I was so ready to leave by the time he was done. And My girls didn’t know any better, so it was a great experience for them. But I was shocked when I went to pay. Paid over $300 for our visit. And no discount for being Cut with a nail file or the long wait! I wanted to be close to my girls when they were getting their nails done, but they were left with out their Mom’s guidance and I was charged for unapproved nail “upgrades”. I wanted to complain when paying, but I wanted this to be a good memory for my girls. So I kept quiet and even tipped more than I should’ve. Then two days after our appointment my nail design peeled off on one nail. I wish I had time to go back in and have them fix it, but I don’t. Can’t believe I paid that amount of money for what we got. Also I paid for callouses to be removed on my feet. And not happy that my heels are still rough. I would like a partial refund or some kind of gesture to make it right. Likely won’t be back unless they make it right. But my girls loved the experience and we had a great time. They have never been to a nail salon so they didn’t know anything different. I feel like a complimentary fill, fixing my peeled design(if I find time to come back) or some type of refund would be appreciated. I had a good time, because I was with my kids having quality time, but it still felt off and the service could’ve been much better."

"I’m pretty sure it was Lynn that did my nails and it was an awful experience. I was not seated by my little sister who I came with and the lady was on facetime the entire time. She also never offered me a drink. I asked for a shimmery peachy color and they gave me a solid hot pink so they must be labeled wrong? She butchered a couple of my cuticles so bad they were bleeding and kept putting alcohol on it which hurt really bad. I asked for a single daisy in the middle of my thumb nail and showed pictures at least three times, but she didn’t do at all what I asked for. She also didn’t wait for the white to dry so it got the top coat and made it look dull. At the end she slapped a few dabs of lotion on me and then said to tip her…. When I went to pay the card machine didn’t work and my little sister literally had to pay for my manicure in cash. Wasn’t given a receipt and it was way over priced. "I am absolutely in love with this place! My nails lasted extremely well. I am very hard on my nails. They withstood me physically moving to a new home. I honestly was expecting them to break. This is definitely my go to place from now on even though I have to literally travel across town Henry is amazing with his skills. Both times I have shown him pictures and he has done an amazing job matching the designs. The salon looks amazing as well, that’s always a plus."

"Lina my Nail Tech Lady is THE BEST!!! I also love the staff and the female bar tender because her personality is very outgoing and personable and I love how everyone treats you like a princess! Although it’s more pricier than most places I think it’s worth it!"
