"After being a client of Kim for 4 years she had her husband text me that my appointment (2 days away) was canceled and I could not book with her anymore with no explanation as to why. I have been a loyal client, always on time, sent her numerous clients. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard/experienced. PS: All my crystals fell off my nails after my last appointment within days and I was still loyal and booked with her."
