Within an hour she fixed it with a builder gel technique to secure the crack as it grows out. I cannot recommend her enough. She’s gentle and very friendly. New lifelong customer here! "Came as a walk-in and was paired with Helen. She filled my acrylics so quickly and so neatly. There were more gel colors there than I’ve ever seen anywhere else. I asked her for a French nail and let her pick the base. She hand painted the French perfectly exactly as the photo I showed her. Very happy and will be back! Very clean nice location."

"staff was nice but she spilled nail glue all over my finger and tried getting it off by filing my skin with a nail file. its still stuck to my skin. she cut my fingers with a dremel twice and didnt avoid putting clear nail polish on it a second time even though i told her how much it hurt. she asked if i wanted a design and i said no and then she started drawing a design anyway. i had to tell her no 3 more times before she sanded it off. i told her i was allergic to lotion and then she put it on both hands and when i said it a second time she told me to just go wash my hands. i also feel something under the nail polish of my thumb like dust or a bubble or something. i just wanted a fill and for the one acrylic nail that fell off to be replaced but they charged me more than a full set of acrylic for the whole thing. im at home currently trying to get the hand oil out of my cuts and desperately trying to get the nail polish off my finger. as someone who has severe sensory issues, the amount of stress the feeling of my fingers is causing me is really not worth it. the nail polish is pretty though."
