"Carina is amazing! She takes her time to really shape your nails exactly the way you want. If there's a design you want that she knows someone else soul's be better at, she'll have them do it. So great to finally find a nail artist I can rely on."

"I went in for a fill w gel polish & gel pedicure, the pedicure was as expected, unfortunately my fill was horrible. Huge gaps were left between my cuticle and acrylic powder, I looked like I needed a fill when I walked out the door. I tried pointing it out to her, showed her the gaps in each nail and she fixed two of the worst ones and moved onto shaping them. I had an almond shape and wanted it to stay the same way. She cut them down and tried shaping the tips to almond points without shaping the sides, I realized she wasn’t going to narrow out the sides and had to ask her to fix the shape. She fixed one and tried moving on, I said uhhhh, trying to find a polite way to ask for her to fix them all, she asked if I wanted all of them fixed I said yes please. In the end the nails were still chunky and uneven shapes with huge gaps between the cuticles. Her way of covering it up was pooling up nail polish over my exposed natural nail to my cuticle. I just saw the whole process as laziness. Usually I can go 3-4 weeks without a fill. I needed one 5 days later and definitely got it done somewhere else. I had to get a new full set because 2 of my nails were lifted and beginning to grow a fungus."

"Whatever you do, do not use Jackie she did a horrible job on my nails. Left acrylic powder dried up all around my cuticles, and then re-file them after she did the last coat of nail polish one of the worst nail jobs I have ever gotten."

"I explained to the nail tech that didn’t wanted thick and bulky nails, and she said yes, of course. She seemed to understand what I asked for and showed no concerns, but ended up doing such poor work, the nails look absolutely awful. They are super thick and bumpy. She did not painted them thoroughly and are very patchy. At check out she quotes me $75, when I asked why so much, she couldn’t explain the charges. Unethical, deceptive and greedy business tactics, where they overcharge but don’t want to put the needed work in to it. Shame on Rose, the nail thech and shame on the owner/manager for not stepping up and taking ownership of the situation."
