"Okay so not nails but across from the pedi station is the best lash/makeup artist in the west coast, Chelsy is so professional, knowledgeable, she's a seasoned vet who isn't a one size fits all, she taught me so much about my face, psa not everyone needs contour on their forehead. I couldn't believe how long my makeup lasted and I looked the best I've ever looked from her art. She is absolutely everything, don't sleep on Vegas' best gem.
