"This was my nails after 2 days. By time I could get in with the same person they insisted to fix all of the ones that were broken. The nail tech said I needed all of them removed as they were all lifting and they took off 20% which is ridiculous when I have been a customer for years and on top of that they are supposed to be guaranteed for a week. So bottom line is do not go here unless you want to be completely over charged and want to have to come back to fix your nails non-stop. Absolutely horrible customer service now. They should be ashamed of themselves."

"$80 for the most basic nails ever. Stylist didn’t even finish the job, one of my nails didn’t get a top coat/cure correctly & stylist blamed me for the light not curing it rather than fixing it. I left the salon and noticed another nail also wasn’t cured properly, and was peeling up, resulting in me having to fix my nails multiple times within hours of getting them done for an outrageous price. I was told I would have to come back in for a partial refund, but the 30 minute drive to the salon isn’t even worth it for 20 dollars back."

"First and last time coming to this salon. Put in my appointment notes that I wanted black french tips because I know that not everyone can do it precisely. My first tech got an attitude with me for asking for my tips to be cut down shorter after I expressed from the beginning that I wanted short nails. From that point the experience was downhill. I showed an inspo picture and was informed it would be $15 upcharge, which is not a problem because I know french is extra however I do think it’s steep for the style of french that I got. My first tech was unable to center my french tip and passed off to someone else. It took 40 minutes for just my nail design to be completed. Now three days later my gel top coat is chipping leading to my color chipping and being transparent on some nails. For the price, $83 before tip, I am extremely unsatisfied. I don’t understand why they’re so quick to get defensive and get an attitude when asking for particularities when I’m the paying customer that also has to look at my nails for 3+ weeks. Only came here to get my student discount and actually ended up leaving without it because I was so eager to get out of there! Clean establishment though"

"Excellent service and great staff. Easy to book and huge selection of services with different levels. Very clean and they use sterilized equipment on each person. Open until 9 PM and that is an hour later than most. Highly recommend"

"This was my first time visiting the salon. I booked my appointment online and it was so easy. The check in process was smooth. It was busy for a Sunday and they were working hard to get everyone moving. I appreciate everyone that helped out. It was my fist time also getting a Gel X. I love the shape and color. The service was great! I will be back."
