"I'm in tears because of how they did my eyebrows. They didn't listen to how I wanted it, but instead just did what she wanted to. They couldn't understand that it's my face and it should be styled as I asked and would be paying for. I spent two years growing my eyebrows for them to remove it in less than a second. The wax was extremely hot and burned me. She also cut my cuticles to the point that I was bleeding. She didn't soak them in water prior to cutting them. She cut my toe pretty badly, too. Edit in response: I give many positive reviews. More than half of the reviews I have left are 4+ stars, so who is being dishonest here? I only give bad reviews when I'm leaving a business in tears. I look absolutely ridiculous. I am being honest. I didn't yell, curse, but I did let you know that I was not happy with the way I looked to which you argued. You said that she did it how she wanted versus how I wanted. That would be like me going to a restaurant, ordering a hamburger, getting BBQ chicken and then the cook saying, "It's not what you ordered, but that's what I wanted to make." I went to your business to relax and take some time to escape from my kids and teaching all day long. I have been to your business many times and have always enjoyed my time there. Instead, now I've got more stress because I hate my own reflection. So, thank you very much for that."

"A very friendly and personal environment. I have never had any problems with getting my nails done. Have gone to several other near by places and have walked out regretting I walked in. I would recommend to schedule an appointment as they are always helping someone when you walk in. 30-40 min wait depending on how far along they are. Their nails are never done to thick giving you a more natural look and feel."
