"Overpriced amateur work. The nails are pretty but not even close to what she went in wanting. One of the guys cut my fiancé with the drill once and the same man over filed her nails yesterday; she’s been complaining that they feel sore. Also not impressed with how they do their mani and pedi together. Pedicures are meant to be relaxing not straining with an outreached arm for half hour. They never clean your cuticles which is something that should be automatic for someone getting their nails done. To my understanding: going over the cuticles with a drill is not properly cleaning them."

"This place sucks. I went in to get gel change on my natural nails and the lady drilled my natural nails so much that now my nails are so flimsy and bend. They were very strong prior to here. 0/10 recommend. Also, they are out to charge you for ANY little thing. Be aware & ask the price if you dare to go here!!!"

"Holly is my go too , we always have the BEST conversations . I now consider her a friend of mine not only my nail tech she’s super sweet and always comes up with the cutest ideas for my nails .. and my toes always come out perfect ! But everyone in that nailshop is super nice to me .. but Holly is my girl .. I’d never cheat On her with another nail tech just because her vibe is wonderful & she always does a great job & the prices are super reasonable ."

"There’s no way these people that work here really went to school to do nails. I’ve gone two times this last time was the worst. I go here for convenience because it’s right down the street from where I live everything is dirty I got a Fill on my acrylics the guy was clearly in a rush. I went to school to do nails. I just enjoy going and getting my nails done. He was dunking the brush in the acrylic liquid and just rubbing it all over each of my fingers as he was only trying to do my nails, I knew from the beginning that my nails were going to be bad I tried to be patient. He then grabbed a paper towel that had clearly already previously been used with somebody else and used that to wipe his brush on to go back to doing my nails they were nail clippings from other people all over the desk. No towel was laid down for me to put my hands on my hands just went over everybody else’s nails and nail dust , he was coughing without covering his mouth all over my hands and me when he finished my nails were a bumpy disgusting disaster from his fingerprints from touching wet nail polish all over parts of my nails that he noticed and still asked me to pay the $70 for this fill. I paid as clearly. He was very rushed and then asked for a manager which somebody who wasn’t the manager tried to speak to me, and I had to continually say no. I need to speak with a manager. She then sat down and inspected. My nails didn’t give me my money back And had somebody else redo them and all they did was file my nails down to paper thin. Yes it’s somewhat got rid of the bumpiness and then had them repainted not only that but when they put the clearcoat over the gross bumpy acrylic nails, there were bubbles everywhere. It was the worst thing I’ve ever seen , everything is dusty there nothing is disinfected they leave their acrylic brushes in the acrylic solution, and every person that comes in they just take it out and reuse it. The files aren’t clean they’re covered in nailed dust from who knows how many people nail clippers and other utensils aren’t disinfected. They’re just put into their dusty box with the rest of their nasty tools same thing with the foot scrubbers they’re not cleaned and they don’t get brand new ones for people who come in they just throw them in their boxes, and That’s it . after all that my nails and my fingers are so itchy , be careful going here they’re not very nice. They rushed through. The men are very aggressive when they do your nails and don’t care if it hurts you. I do not recommend going here unless you want itchy nails, bad attitudes, and dirty everything Under my nails and around my nails are all peeling. Some areas were bleeding from the filing and him rushing and using the filing machine to fast of the speed so itchy it’s driving me nuts!!!!!"
